The eSIM has already been installed

The eSIM has been activated on a device

Any amount of data has been consumed

Once an eSIM is activated or data usage begins, the service is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.

If the eSIM does not work due to a verified technical issue on our side or the provider's network, our team will investigate and may provide:

A replacement eSIM

A service credit

A refund, depending on the situation
