This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of prepaid eSIM mobile data plans made on https://esimnet.org, operated by ESIM NET LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Period: You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the eligibility criteria described in this policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The eSIM has not been installed on any device.
No data has been consumed on the eSIM plan.
The purchase was made directly through our website (esimnet.org).
The request is submitted via email to support@esimnet.org with your order reference number.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date.
The eSIM has been installed on a device, regardless of whether data was used.
Data has been consumed on the plan, even partially.
The customer's device does not support eSIM technology and the customer did not verify device compatibility before purchase.
The service disruption was caused by factors outside our control, including local carrier outages, natural disasters, or government-imposed network restrictions.
The purchase was made in violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Installed eSIM Limitations
Once an eSIM has been installed (added to a device via QR code or activation code), it is considered activated. eSIM profiles are tied to a specific device upon installation and cannot be transferred or reinstalled on another device.
Because of the digital nature of eSIM products and the irreversible activation process, installed eSIMs are generally not eligible for refund. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure (see Section 5).
4. Used Data Plans
Plans on which any amount of data has been consumed are not eligible for a refund. Data usage is tracked by our network partner and is considered final.
We do not offer partial refunds for partially used data plans unless a verified technical issue prevented the plan from functioning as described at the time of purchase.
5. Technical Failures
If your eSIM fails to function due to a technical issue on our end or our network partner's infrastructure, you may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement eSIM, at our discretion. Technical failures include:
eSIM profile fails to download or install despite a compatible device.
eSIM activates but fails to connect to any network in the covered country.
Significant and sustained service degradation that renders the plan unusable.
To report a technical issue, contact support@esimnet.org with your order reference number, device model, and a description of the issue. Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you are charged more than once for the same plan due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Please contact support@esimnet.org with the relevant order reference numbers and we will process the refund promptly.
7. Unsupported Devices
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase. Device compatibility information is available on our website. We are not liable for purchases made for devices that do not support eSIM.
If you purchased an eSIM for a device that does not support eSIM and the eSIM has not been installed, you may still be eligible for a refund within the 14-day window, at our discretion.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel an order and receive a full refund if the eSIM has not yet been provisioned. Once the eSIM profile has been generated and delivered to your email, the order is considered fulfilled.
To cancel an order, contact support@esimnet.org as soon as possible with your order reference number.
9. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
10. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
Delays in resolution, as chargebacks typically take 30–90 days to resolve.
Suspension of your account and any associated eSIM services.
Inability to make future purchases on our platform.
Our team is committed to resolving any issue promptly. In most cases, we can process a refund faster than a chargeback dispute.
11. Fraud Prevention
We employ fraud detection systems to protect our customers and our platform. Refund requests that are flagged as potentially fraudulent may be subject to additional verification, including identity verification and proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent.
12. Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or deny refund requests from customers who we reasonably believe are abusing our refund policy. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
Repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds for the same or similar products.
Using the eSIM service and then requesting a refund.
Providing false or misleading information in a refund request.
Attempting to obtain both a refund and a chargeback for the same purchase.
