Skip the airport SIM queue
No kiosk to find, no counter to queue at, no guessing which local plan to buy. Your eSIM is installed before the doors open.
What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Get mobile data abroad without swapping SIM cards — and keep your own number.
Where are you travelling to?
Pick a country, a whole region, or one plan that covers the world.
Why eSIM Net?
No contracts, no store visits, no waiting. Just data that works where you are going.
Travel without the setup
Your plan is on your phone before you board, so you are online on arrival — and rely less on public Wi-Fi you have no way to vet.
No kiosk to find, no counter to queue at, no guessing which local plan to buy. Your eSIM is installed before the doors open.
Choose your plan before you fly. Your phone connects as soon as you land, so maps, messages and ride apps work from the arrivals hall.

How it works
No app and no account. Your eSIM arrives by email as a QR code.
Pick your destination and compare data, validity and price on one screen. Pay by card or with PayPal.
Scan the QR code we email you within seconds of payment. Install it on Wi-Fi before you fly, then turn on data roaming for the eSIM when you land.
Your plan starts when your phone first connects at your destination. Running low? Top up the same eSIM in a minute.
Questions
Your plan activates when your phone first connects to a network at your destination. Installing the eSIM at home does not start the clock, so you can set it up days before you fly.
Your phone needs a built-in eSIM and must not be locked to a single carrier. Most phones sold since 2018 qualify, including iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3 and newer. To check, dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM.
Yes. The eSIM is a second line alongside your existing SIM. Your usual number keeps receiving calls and texts, and you choose which line carries mobile data.
Within seconds of payment. The QR code and installation steps are emailed to the address you enter at checkout. If it has not arrived, check spam and then contact support — we can resend it.
On a fixed-data plan the connection stops until you top up. On an unlimited plan with a daily allowance, speed is reduced for the rest of that day and returns to full speed the next. Unused data does not roll over.
A country plan works in that country only. Regional and worldwide plans cover a list of countries on the same profile — the covered list is shown on each plan before you buy.
Yes, if you ask within 29 days of purchase and the eSIM has not used any data — even if you have installed it. Once data has been used, the plan cannot be refunded. If a plan does not work at your destination, contact support and we will investigate and replace or refund it where the fault is ours. Our Refund Policy has the full details.
Most plans are data-only, which covers WhatsApp, FaceTime, Telegram and other internet calling. Some destinations also offer plans that include local calls and texts — those are labelled on the plan card.
