Questions

Install it the day before you travel or just before departure, while you still have Wi-Fi at home. The plan's validity does not start until your phone connects to a supported network in Canada.
Your plan starts when your phone first connects at your destination. Running low? Top up the same eSIM in a minute.
Regional and worldwide plans cover whole continents on a single profile, so a multi-country trip does not mean multiple purchases.
Your QR code is emailed the moment payment clears — not hours later, and not once you have already landed.
Install at home on Wi-Fi and the plan waits. Validity begins at your destination, not at the checkout.
Running low mid-trip? Add data to the eSIM you already have. No new QR code, nothing to set up again.
Open your phone's cellular settings, choose the eSIM for mobile data and turn on data roaming for it. Your phone then connects to a supported local network automatically.
